Things That Make Your Boyfriend Want to Leave You

Own up to it girls, we all have our off days.  But at what point do those off days turn into off weeks, months, etc?  At what point does it start to take a toll on the people around us?  If you’re dating then you can bet your significant other is going to get a little fed up with this at least somewhat.  Even if he tells you it’s all okay and fine, at some point the thought runs through his head that he does not need to put up with this.  Here is a quick list, meant to be taken lightly, that make your boyfriend want to leave you:

Constant crying:  Guys can deal with the occasional sadness and crying.  Especially under reasonable circumstances.  But if you’re having breakdowns daily in front of him, about minor issues (especially minor things to do with him) then you can bet he’s getting a little uncomfortable to say the least.

Guilt tripping: Guys are more than willing to be there for you if you give them what they want too at times.  But you don’t need to guilt trip him AT ALL, let alone constantly.  If you’re making him feel horrible for what he’s done to you five months ago, or over minor issues, he’s not going to be happy.  And happiness is the key to a great, long lasting relationship.

Giving other guys too much attention: Your guy should be number one if you’re at a certain stage in your relationship.  Use caution when dealing with not-so-close male friends.  Guys get jealous.  You need to find a balance.  Obviously this means don’t be flirting with guys or going out with them without your significant other (if you’re at that stage -exclusive-).

Too much attention:  If you treat your boyfriend like he’s a child and that you have to watch him, get ready for him to push away.

Being too clingy:  Discuss with him some boundaries about clinginess.  Sure, not nearly ever girl is clingy but it’s better to know than to accidentally cross a line and have a war occur.

If you have more ti add to this list, feel free to add it in the comments.  There is more, I’m absolutely sure.  the best thing you can do is keep the communication lines as open as possible with your guy.  Make discussing these issues pleasant, and you’ll be set for a great relationship.
