Be Confident in That Bathing Suit

  • Get a good shave. Do this by shaving while you shower: lather yourself up, and while suds are still on your skin, slowly glide the razor up against the direction of hair growth. Always use fresh blade. This will cause fewer nicks and cuts. Don’t forget to apply lotion afterwards.
  • Cellulite? That orange peel skin is so stubborn it’s the last to go away even after a year of working out in the gym. Try some products that can help you get rid of this weeks before you don that swimsuit.
  • get a nice pedicure. You’ll be out in sandals and flip-flops most of the time, and the last thing you want your tootsies to look like is freshly unearthed ginger.
  • Pimples on your back should be zapped immediately. Use soaps that can remove these and locally apply benzoyl peroxide on zits to dry them up quickly.
  • Flatten that tummy! Okay, so you hardly have time to exercise, but you can avoid certain foods that can bloat your stomach. Intake of soft drinks, salty food, and carbohydrates like rice and bread must be kept to a minimum.
