3 Capital Sins Of Your Beauty

Crèmes, moisturizers, masks, make-up tips … all this effort is being done by women who care about themselves and who want to be healthier and have beautiful and shining skin.

However, consciously or unconsciously, they are certain sins destined to damage their looks.

The 3 capital sins of the beauty a woman needs to avoid are listed below:Capital Sins

  1. First, a beauty is complete with healthy shining hair. Although it seems perfect for unsteady and stubborn curly hair, the hair straightener is doing incredible damage to the hair locks. While being heated the hair breaks, weakens, and looses itself. So, it is better to postpone the rendezvous with the charming straightener prince and look for natural ways to dry the hair.
  2. After the hair, the overall face health is a complex but important issue to be taken care of. One of the main sins is to wash that beautiful face with soap. Soap has chemical particles (no matter what the producers claim) and takes the skin to a dryer step, which is harder to moisturize.
  3. When a man looks for the particular places of a woman’s body, eventually where does he look? Hands! If the hands are not moisturized well, or the worse, nails are bitten, then there is no chance to attract a man with beautiful hands. Right thing to do is getting a manicure session appointment right away.

There are lots of sins that threaten the beauty to avoid. The best thing to do about them is to search them, find the main causes and avoid them.

Makeup Tips Every Woman Should Know

Acne Prone Skin/Rosacea - Light blue and green camouflage concealer can applied to ruddy toned areas and broken capillaries, and then follow up with a mineral makeup concealer. The green powder downplays the redness from acne flare ups and some natural ingredients can help soothe acne flare ups. Try not to use liquid concealer on acne as it may make the problem area worse, and will crack and be more visible during the day.

Blush – Know “Where You Glow” when applying blush. Bend over for 30 seconds. Slowly straighten up and look in the mirror. The spots where you are flushed is where you should apply your blush for that natural glow every time.

Blush – Make sure your blush is well blended into your foundation or it will look unnatural and add five years to your looks. Yikes!

Chronic Puffy Eyes? Cut up a fresh cucumber! A cucumber is made up of 90% water and it will hydrate your skin and the coolness of it will constrict blood vessels, improving the look of your eyes in only fifteen minutes.

Eyeshadow Primer – Use a primer before you put your eyeshadow on; not only does it enhance the colors of your eyeshadow, but you can go all day without creasing. I suggest Urban Decay’s Primer Potion ($17.00 USD) it comes in nude, and Sin for a champagne color. The best part? Their “Love It or Leave It” money back guarantee.

Eyes and Lips – If you are wearing a dark, smoky eye , downplay the lips with a neutral color. If you have bright lipstick and heavy eye makeup, your appearance can come across as clownish. If you want to wear dark or red lipsticks, keep the eye simple with liner and mascara.

Lips – For a fuller looking lip without the discomfort of botox lip injections or gloss that includes snake venom, apply lip liner just outside your natural lip line, then dab a bit of gloss in the center of your bottom lip.

Mascara – Never pump the mascara wand inside the tube; this action forces air bubbles into the product, causing the mascara to dry out more quickly. Instead, twist the wand a little to collect more mascara on the brush for application.

Nail Polish – Never shake your bottle of nail polish! This will create tiny air bubbles in the formula that will appear during application, making the polish bubble and create craters in the new paint. Instead, roll the bottle gently between your palms.

Tired Eyes – Try a mineral makeup camouflage concealer. Yellow camouflage concealer will hide dark circles under the eyes. Follow up with a mineral makeup concealer.

The Color Is The “IT” Factor In Spring Beauty Trends

This spring, bold and bright colors totally rule the fashion scene. Bold look turns to be the key expression for clothes, makeup and accessories.

The designers already included to their latest collection colors that speak of joy, emotions and temper. Hot lips in colors such a pomegranate, fuchsia and orange are the bespoke masters of the makeup, used in the collections of Mark Jacob, Prada and Isaac Mizrahi.

Matte foundation works perfectly with bright pink lips and spectacular eyeshades. Designers as Balenciaga already closed to introduce spicy coral as the leading tendency in the eye-make up art.

bold and bright colorsDon’t forget your nails and add more colors, just as Alexander McQueen did in his last show. The manicure of the season is more than provocative with bright red, dark and purple colors.

eyeshadesAs for the eyebrows – leave them natural and don’t be afraid to use eye-brow pencils, as well as contrasting colors in darker shades.

Getting Your Money’s Worth at The Salon

When you visit the salon or spa, you pay good money for services! Get the most out of your service by following these five tips.

1. Remove your own nail polish (also known as nail lacquer). This sounds silly, but remember that your appointment must be finished in time for the next client. If there are 45 or 60 minutes for your Nail Technician to complete your service, removing nail polish takes up several minutes of your appointment time that could be spent, say, on a massage! Now it doesn’t sound so silly, right?

2. Tell your Nail Technician what you like best about a pedicure or manicure. If you absolutely LOVE getting that massage or you really need your callouses worked on, be sure to request that your Nail Tech concentrate her time and efforts on that portion of the service. Remember to also tell her what she can shorten or skip in order to do so. For instance, you might let her know that you prefer a longer massage since you removed your own nail polish. Now you’re getting somewhere!

3. Make sure you’re allowed to soak your feet for five minutes before your Nail Tech begins working on your feet. When a Nail Tech rushes this step, your cuticles will not be optimum for him or her to push and nip. Five minutes of soak time allows your cuticle tissue to soften and enlarge for your Nail Tech to work with.

4. Bring your own flip flops. This way you can wear your own flip flops out of the salon or spa, ensuring that you will not bump or chip your brand new polish job. Switching shoes after service increases the likelyhood of ruining a beautiful polish job, and the pace of a salon makes it difficult for someone to come back to you and fix it. This also helps get you back to work on time if you’re on your lunch break!

5. Tip your Nail Tech. Nail Techs work as much for tips as for the percentage of the service they’re performing. When a Nail Tech knows you leave a respectful tip, they will remember you and be sure to go above and beyond to make your services excellent, often remembering your favorite magazines, bringing you water or tea, and generally catering to your needs. Nail Techs do back-breaking work all day and deserve to be tipped generously when they give good service.

Using these simple tips will enhance your pleasure and satisfaction when you get a manicure or pedicure at a salon or spa. Be sure to think about your last experience and communicate your wants and needs with your Nail Tech. Happy relaxing!

5 Cost-Free Ways Of Having Beautiful Skin

Do you want to have beautiful skin inside and out? Do you want to keep your skin soft and young looking without undergoing cosmetic surgery or surgical treatments?

If yes, then you should practice practical and cost-free ways of having beautiful skin.

Your skin is one thing people will easily notice in you. Having beautiful skin is both an asset and a blessing.

It is only necessary that you know how to take care of it while you still can, before it starts to lose its natural beauty.

Skin treatments and surgery can offer immediate results but they are also very expensive. So why spend too much on having beautiful skin when you can have it free of charge? Here’s how:

1. Proper rest

Stress is a very common health condition that slows down the normal functioning of the body. It can even result to serious health ailments like diabetes, high blood pressure, and hypertension. When you are stressed out, your skin also breaks out.

Pimples, blackheads, dark circles, uneven skin tones, and dry skin are the major effects of stress. In order to avoid them, you need proper rest by giving yourself time to unwind and relax.

Spend a few days off work, hit the spa, or watch a movie. These can help you reenergize your system and help you achieve beautiful skin at the same time.

    2. Enough sleep

Sleeping six to eight hours a day will not only make you strong and healthy but also give you beautiful skin.

Your skin muscles relax and skin cells are properly nourished if you get enough sleep every night. You will also avoid having dark circles under your eyes and having dry skin.

      3. Regular exercise

Exercising regularly can make you fitter and sexier. In addition, it can do wonders to your skin. Remember that having beautiful skin comes from within.

Your skin cells need to be healthy and the best way to do so is by exercising. You can take a walk or jog for thirty minutes everyday. If you have more time in your hands, you can hit the gym, go biking, or engage in sports.

        4. Good hygiene

The way you take care of yourself plays a big role in having beautiful skin. Take a bath everyday, use mild or hypo-allergenic soap in washing your face, and always remove makeup before going to bed.

Never experiment with beauty products that guarantee to make your skin flawless since they may do more harm than good.

Be careful in treating skin problems like pimples, acne[acne treatment], and blackheads. Always seek the advice of a dermatologist in treating them.

          5. Stay hydrated

You will never achieve beautiful skin if you are always dehydrated. The main reason why skin stays moisturized is because you have plenty of fluids in your body.

Once it becomes dry and rough, it loses its beauty. Keep that beautiful skin moisturized the whole day by drinking lots and lots of water. Eight to ten glasses of pure water can rehydrate the skin and at the same time remove harmful toxins from the body.
